The idea is simple...
-Choose a colour for each word class.
-Colour all the corresponding words from the text in that colour.
8 different worksheets are included in the full version which has been written in MS Word - so you can adapt them / create your own.
They could be given for homework, used is class or given as MORNING WORK.
The sheets ask pupils to look for...
-Nouns
-Verbs
-Adjectives
-Adverbs
-Determiners
-Prepositions
-Conjunctions
-Pronouns
...but these can easily be changed to suit the needs of your pupils.
