This resources comprises detailed checklist for learners for completing BOTH assignments (for LA A and LA B) for Component 3: : Customer Needs in Travel and Tourism (for the Tech Award in Travel & Tourism Qualification). Both checklist documents include the four main Level 2 criteria they are aiming towards.
It really helps learners who struggle to understand the assignment briefs and ensures learners achieve highly (students who use this for every lesson gernerally meet all criteria!)
