This assembly was based around a thought for the week, based on the importance of confessing when you get something wrong. I used a You Tube clip of the first part of the Lance Armstrong confession to Oprah. I speculated whether he was sorry or not, before talking about how most people have said sorry without meaning it or have failed to say sorry. I then linked it to the question of conscience through the Oscar Pistorius case.
