This resource provides a clear and structured way for pupils to practise converting between decimals, fractions and percentages. Presented as a table, each question gives one form (decimal, fraction, or percentage) and requires pupils to complete the missing equivalents.

The activity is differentiated three ways, making it easy to support a range of abilities within your classroom. It can be used for independent practice, guided groups, or revision and works well for reinforcing key understanding of how these representations are connected.

The table format helps pupils organise their thinking and spot patterns between decimals, fractions and percentages, building fluency and confidence.
