Core Maths Mock Exam 2025 - AQA Paper 2

If you want to run a Paper 2 Core Maths mock for the 2025 exam, using the new preliminary material, then this is the resource for you.

I’ve written questions about the 2025 preliminary material that you can use to replace questions 1 and 2 from the 2024 real exams. That way, you can keep the majority of the real questions while having updated ones that reflect the preliminary material your students have to work with in the actual 2025 paper 2.

I’ve also attempted to write a useable mark scheme for the questions I’ve written to supplement the official mark scheme for the remaining questions.

Suitable for all three options: 2A, 2B and 2C

Of course, you could just use these questions as a part of your revision if you don’t want/need to use them in a mock.
