Thank you - for the Muslim story, it'd be good to include what literalists and non-literalists believe, too. You give the story your own interpretation; or perhaps you give a traditional interpretation. It would also be good to have scriptural references since references to Creation are not from a single narrative episode in the Koran.<br /> <br /> For the Christian story, it's worth pointing out that 'literalism' is a recent trend and that, from the time of the apostles, the normative interpretation of Genesis is as a foreshadowing of Jesus Christ, in whom Christians believe the work of Creation to be completed.
