This writing booklet is a chance for the children in your class to let their thoughts go wild! There are ideas for writing scary poems and even scarier stories.
They might come up with some fearsome spells to frighten their teacher or write some creepy cinquain poems.
Once they have finished this book they will have written:
A Halloween Tanka poem
Five scary six word stories
A bewitching alphabet story
Four fearsome spells
Some frightening ‘What If’s’
Two creepy cinquain poems
… and a police report to help capture a gruesome monster!
When the children have completed their booklet they will have a variety of original pieces of writing to share with you and the class.
