A long lesson that can be split into two or three lessons. It covers how to strucutre responses to the creative writing task, based on the AQA mark scheme. Students are also given access to George Orwell’s “A Hanging” for inspiration and to examine the techniques in their own writing.
The lesson is accompanied with a work book and a copy of the Orwell text.
