Creative Writing - Show don't tell

This is a complete lesson for creative writing focusing on the idea of ‘show don’t tell’. The lesson includes intent, implementation and impact, an emotion writing challenge, using techniques to rewrite dull sentences, a writing activity that looks at voice swapping (rewriting a paragraph from the perspective of a particular character) and they then act it out within pairs to check its effective. They then complete an extended writing activity before completing peer feedback in the plenary.
