This activity is designed to help students develop phonological awareness and practice building CVC (consonant-vowel-consonant) words in a fun, hands-on, and reusable way. It can be used as a regular classroom worksheet or, even better, laminated or placed inside an erase pocket folder so students can complete it multiple times using a dry-erase marker.

Each worksheet is divided into three columns. In the first column, students will see a picture. In the second column, there are three sub-columns containing different sounds or letters, and students must choose the correct ones to build the word that matches the image. In the final column, there is a space where students write the complete word.
