CVC Sentence Work (Differentiated Bundle)

This is a differentiated bundle of 4 levels of CVC sentence builders. The booklets are almost identical so that you can have children working on the ‘same’ activity at their own individual level without drawing attention to the fact.

LA - In this booklet the children will attempt to copy the sentence on the dotted lines twice. (Further supported with the starting spot for each letter)
MA - The children will copy the sentence first onto the dotted lines (with the starting spot on each letter for support) and then move on to attempting to write the sentence with only the first letter in each word having a ‘starting spot’.
HA1 - Children will fill in the missing CVC word depicted on the page. They will then write out the sentence once blow on the dotted words and finallly they will attempt to write the sentence unaided.
HA2- The children will attempt to write the full sentence unaided and then write a sentence for themselves.

There is an extra empty writing line on each page, this is to allow for the children to either write an additional sentence or practice writing their full names.

We think these booklets would be extremely useful for Reception children and for Year 1 students requiring some recap and support or as an independent morning activity for older children.
