Daily Reading Comprehension Practice - Identifying Central Ideas and Making Inferences

This resource includes four weeks of daily reading comprehension
practice that focuses on identifying central ideas and making inferences.
Each day includes a short passage followed by two multiple choice
questions and a short answer question that will require the reader to
give evidence to support their answer to the previous question. Day 5 of
each week contains a longer passage and two additional questions
focusing on vocabulary and summarizing skills. Sample answers are
included for the questions involving giving evidence, defining vocabulary
and summarizing the passage.
