Based on Blooms taxonomy, it is 6 sections of grade descriptors broadly aligned to the new 9-1 GCSE grades. It gives the skills and examples of how to achieve them. REALLY useful laminated and strung on thread as a hanging display and used in virtually every lesson to indicate easily how to move up to the next set of skills, with every class from year 7-11.
Also works well on walls as a 'ladder' of progress. There is a matching one for WRITING skills!
