Diwali EYFS Rangoli pattern cut outs

Children can create their own Diwali rangoli patterns using the cut outs. Children show use of scissor skills as well as doing maths. Download as PDF. Can be used indoors or outdoors. Teacher can cut and laminate the resource or children can cut out themselves for cutting skills and create different rangoli patterns. You can also use as a counting activity, EAL/SEND activity. Can be used for naming shapes. Teacher can get most early years areas covered with this one activity. Children could also use this to trace over and use paints or colours to design their own rangoli pattern to take home or for class display.
