Don Bradman (1908–2001) is widely regarded as one of the greatest cricketers in history. Playing for Australia from 1928 to 1948, he scored 6,996 Test runs in 52 Test matches and finished with a remarkable Test batting average of 99.94—a record that still stands today. Known for his exceptional skill, concentration and sportsmanship, Bradman inspired generations of cricketers and remains one of Australia’s most celebrated sporting legends.
