3 different worksheet templates that I have used before with Year 1 (could be used with other year groups) where children drew around different coins, wrote in the middle of the coin the value and then wrote the total of the coins in each box.
Could also be used for problem solving e.g. can you find 6 different ways to make 20p, draw around the coins to show each way on the sheets.
Makes a nice alternative to counting money on worksheets as the children really enjoy generating their own questions. It could be a nice opportunity to get children to work together and check each others work at the end too.
