A worksheet with a timeline of a day (showing times such as 8.45am, 10.30am, 3.05pm) with blank clocks for children to fill in for each time. We then used the timeline to draw jumps between different times to find the difference i.e. how long is it between eating breakfast and going to school?
The second sheet was my extension - children had to draw their own timeline from the end of school to going to bed, and the most able then made up their own time problems using this timeline.
