This is a series of short readings and activities that cover quirky news stories obtained from news agencies such as Reuters.They are devised for 'advanced stage&' EAL students and may also be found useful for students with SEN. They can be used in class or for homework activities. I will include the opportunity for some more extended writing each time. I will add new stories as I find time.
