Edexcel (Salter Nuffield) Biology A Scientific Article 2025

I have created this resource to support my two classes before we start looking at possible exam questions. I feel the article is more challenging than last year’s one and therefore I feel they need to enagage with it more so they have a greater understanding and can cope with more challenging questions.
The resource includes:

1. A presentation explaining the activities with diagrams to support key findings from the article.
2. A summary of the article covering key aspects
3. Keyword template for students to do
4. Completed, detailed keyword template to give to students after they have done theirs.
5. A mapping document template where students go through the article and annotate areas of the specification.
6. A completed mapping document.

I hope to prepare another document with exam questions and mark schemes but I am planning this in real time as I am doing it with my own classes. I hope it helps.
