Educator Effectiveness (EE) for German Teachers
Is your district following the Charlotte Danielson Model for Educator Effectiveness?

I know many German teachers have more preps to plan for than many of their colleagues. Some German teachers are even running an entire German program entirely on their own! This resource is meant to help lessen the burden of having to plan for EE as well!

Need a good idea for an SLO?
How about:
1. By the end of the school year, 100% of level 4 German students will be able to individually choose and recommend key vocabulary from native German world current event news broadcasts with visual support.
2. By the end of the school year, 90% of German 4 students will feel confident that they can construct short German conversations about current World news, while applying compiled key current event vocabulary.

Would you like a baseline data assessment written for A.2 and early B.2 level German students, which you could use to base an SLO (student learning objective) upon?

This bundle has everything you need to create and implement an effective SLO for upper level German students!

1. A survey to serve as qualitative baseline, mid year and final data.
2. A Student Activity Guide to go along with the Tagesschau in 100 Sekunden, a live German news program spoken in authentic German. Also, to be use as baseline, mid-year and final data.
3. A entire slide show of the entire SLO written out and ready for you to adapt to your own teaching situation! Including all the following sections of the SLO: Baseline Data/Rationale, Learning Content/Grade Level, Student Population, Targeted Growth, Time Interval, Evidence Sources, Instructional Strategies and Supports, SLO Goal Statement (SMART Criteria)
4. 2 Direction/Explanation sheets to help you through the process!
