Mini SOW for y11 revising A Christmas Carol (Eduqas Englis Literature component 2).
These resources are designed to be used together with students completing the revision booklet in class so that they have all information ready to revise.
Revision booklet explains the exam and then has space for students make notes on each character and the context. There are extracts and practice questions at the back for each character.
The PP lessons contain pictures for the students to revise the plot; summarised information on the context for students to copy down; slides to collectively revise the character; quotations for each character to annotate together before students copy down 3 of their choice into their revision guide.
There are also sentence starters and a structure to support peer assessment.
