This unit is aimed at S1 and S2 pupils in Scotland or Year 7 and Year 8 in England.
It is a very simple unit that requires to watch the film ‘Elf’ in order to discuss Christmas film conventions, genre, setting, characters and plot in the film.
At the end there is a choice of several creative writing tasks, as well as the possibility to write a film review with instructions.
