Explore the reasons behind the invasion of England in 1066 with this full lesson from my Norman Conquest series. Students will investigate why England was seen as a prosperous and powerful kingdom, analyse the motives of the invaders, and develop their extended writing through GCSE-style tasks.
All lessons in this series follow a consistent, interactive structure, helping students understand where they are in their learning and build confidence step by step.
