As part of the 'Working Scientifically' sections of the AQA GCSE specification, this resource contains a presentation about the uses and ethics of the uses of stem cells and saviour siblings.

This bundle contains: 1 presentation and 4 articles on the topic of saviour siblings.

The presentation will stimulate a debate discussion in the class and introduces them to the idea of stem cells and what they could be used for. The presentation itself contains annotated notes to help the teacher deliver the content.

Students are grouped and will read the articles before discussing amongst themselves whether saviour siblings are 'right' or 'wrong' and why before answering plenary questions to summarise their learning (included).
