Extinction KS3 Cover Lesson

This ready-to-use KS3 cover lesson worksheet, adapted from my Extinction resource, helps students develop their understanding of some of the factors that may lead to extinction through clear explanations and structured activities.

Designed for independent learning, it enables smooth delivery during staff absences and requires minimal input from a cover or non-specialist teacher. The worksheet is fully editable so you can adapt it to suit your students and the time available.

This lesson is the 3rd in a series of lessons and covers the content from the AQA KS3 3.10.3 Evolution topic and the Activate 2 (OUP) 10b: Genes, 10.3.3 Extinction lesson.
