Figurative Language - Word Bank

A resource to support learning figurative language or building descriptions - I have modelled some examples of describing the same literal phrase using a range of figurative techniques. Some are left blank - a good discussion point for what techniques work best when, and an opportunity for children to add their own. There are then some literal ones to do independently and blank rows for building a word bank. I have used in lessons, interventions, and for tutoring.
