Here is a pack of resources for 26 Guided Reading Sessions at Year 4/5 level. A Powerpoint presentation has activities for the 26 sessions - a mix of comprehension questions, vocabulary builders and writing exercises.
Each session is around 20-30 minutes long and includes the instructions for which section to be read.
There are extension/greater depth questions/activities added into most sessions with the ***.
The questions can either be displayed via projector for the class to read and complete in their books or copied into word and printed.
I completed the sessions over 6 weeks though it could be shortened or extended.
