How to use it: The tally sheet works with any timer, including the classic 25/5 focus-and-break cycle. The task splitter suits students who freeze at the start of a big assignment. The desk sign helps in a study hall or learning support room. The sheets are honest about the evidence: for example, the body doubling card notes there is little formal research and suggests students test it for themselves.

Good for study skills lessons, tutor time, learning support, and students with ADHD or executive function difficulties.
