Fun mystery based resource for students to work through. I created this one with a Halloween theme so perfect for the upcoming weeks.

It covers algebra, substitution, collecting like terms, expanding brackets, factorisation & a couple of codebreaking puzzles.

I also have a premium version in which is included colour and black and white PDF’s optimised for handouts which can be distributed to the students, as well as a plain version of the original source files.

It can be found here https://www.tes.com/teaching-resource/halloween-fun-maths-mystery-2018-algebra-codebreaking-substitution-11998083

Perfect for Key Stage 3 and GCSE students.

If you liked this resource, please check out my maths murder massacre resource and heist at the celebrity awards show resources which are in a similar vein.

Any feedback would be much appreciated.

Enjoy!
