This is a five week scheme looking at short stories from 'Tales of Brave New Words'. It encourages the mastery of the AQA paper 1 skills at KS3. The scheme focuses on 'Mrs Bixby and the Colonel's Coat' and 'The Daughter.' The resource pack includes a detailed medium term plan (with outlined extended writing), a full pp of lessons and individual resources. this has been highly successful with year 7.
