This fully-resourced lesson focuses structures and function of the nephron, the regulation of water potential using ADH, and the understanding of different factors that can impact glomerular filtrate and the type / amount of urine produced. *this is separate biology topic *

Students should be able to describe and explain the structure and function of the different parts of the nephron, understand how ADH works in a negative feedback loop to control the volume of urine produced

Due to the detail of this lesson, it is estimated that this will take about 45 minutes - 1 hour of GCSE teaching time to deliver
