Grandpa's Briefcase Weekly plan, Week 1: Diary writing

This is a weekly plan for english using the book Grandpa's briefcase. This is the first week of a 5 week plan using many different formats of writing. Across the weeks the children will create their own version of Grandpa's Briefcase. From diary writing to reccounts to creating a timeline. I have used this with the children and they loved the book and the fun in creating their own Briefcase, which they could then display to the school.
