Group activity on LCM and HCF

This is just 2 slides in PowerPoint, which you can modify if you so wish, where you ask the class to work in groups to produce their own explanation of HCF and LCM, by writing a definition in their own words, as well as giving examples. This uses higher order thinking skills. I concluded this lesson by asking the groups to swap posters and mark each other’s work, with the emphasis on making ‘constructive comments’. Went down a treat! You will need A3 colour paper, felt tip pens in different colours, and ideally a list of the groups ready before hand. Please do review this, thank you!
