Ways to Use “Our Class Tree”:

• Photo Tree – Add printed photos of each child to the branches for an instant “Class Family Tree.”
• Positive Leaves – Have pupils write positive words or affirmations about themselves on leaf cut-outs and stick them to the tree.
• Kindness Apples – Use apple shapes to record acts of kindness witnessed in the class.
• Goal Setting Tree – Each child writes a personal or learning goal on a fruit or leaf shape.
• Seasons of Growth – Change the tree across the school year to reflect seasonal themes (e.g. blossom in spring, gratitude leaves in autumn).
• Birthday Tree – Add children’s birthdays on labelled leaves or fruit and celebrate them month-by-month.
