A free 2-page visual guide for teaching Hantis, a 2-on-2 PE game for four tables and a tennis ball. Print it, show it, and your class is playing in minutes.

Hantis is a fast, inclusive game that gets the whole class moving with almost no equipment. Four players stand at four tables, one per table, with everyone else in line ready to rotate in. Students hit the ball onto the other team’s tables, with up to two hits each to control it or pass to a teammate.

Page 1: Play now (Freestyle at a glance)
