Health and Social Care and Childcare Coursework Booklet- Task 1

This task booklet is the perfect opportunity for learners to work through and begin research for Task 1 Service Provision, WJEC GCSE.

It will take them through everything they will need to research in relation to their chosen life stage- or it can be used generically for each life stage.

This booklet will allow them to work through the different tasks in the way they would for the coursework. This allows learners to be ready for that assessment time.

Learners are then able to use this booklet as their research during the assessment period. This booklet usually takes from September to December to deliver where the tasks set are for independent learning. However, this is something that can also be set as a homework task on teams where they can individually edit their own document.

This has proven to be a success and a different way of delivering this part of the course. Also, due to Covid-19, this booklet can be used for assessment purposes if learners are not to complete any assessments in 2022.

It provides an opportunity for all learners to gather enough research for the coursework set by the WJEC.
