Hedgehog Fine Motor Colour Matching

Make autumn learning fun with this cute hedgehog colour matching and fine motor resource, perfect for EYFS.

This resource includes 8 hedgehog cards, each featuring a different coloured set of spots for children to match. Simply provide pom poms or other small loose parts in the corresponding colours for children to pick up and place onto the hedgehogs.

The resource can be used with a variety of fine motor tools, such as tweezers, tongs, chopsticks or other grabbers, allowing children to practise transferring and manipulating small objects while developing their hand strength and coordination.

These hedgehogs can be used as part of continuous provision, adult-led activities, small-group work or an autumn-themed invitation to play.
