This was used for a grade 6 EAL Chinese class. Everything can be easily adapted. Many of the resources have Chinese translation of key words, but can be adapted for your class.
This is a great book as it alternates the chapters between Fiction and non-fiction. As mentioned before the text has been typed on a word document too.
