Just a guidance sheet to help with this.

It worked well, if the central ion and the ligand are written on paper and handed out to the class in a random fashion , so that different students had different parts of the name. Put a formula for a complex on the board and allow the students to walk up as appropriate and arrange themselves in the correct order.
