What students will learn:
This unit helps students explore personal and social identity. They’ll reflect on what shapes who they are and how Britain’s multicultural society influences daily life. By tackling stereotypes and prejudice, students will see the importance of inclusion and respect.
They’ll also learn about the Equality Act and rights for minority groups, including those with disabilities and LGBTQ+ identities. This builds awareness of equality and equips them to challenge discrimination in all its forms.
