For Secondary Students Aged 11–18 we have delivered a powerful, fully resourced Enterprise/ PSHE/Careers Drop Down Day focused on Inclusion, Diversity, Careers, and the Protected Characteristics.
All Voices, All Hearts is a carefully designed curriculum experience that enhances your existing PSHE and Enterprise provision, helping students to reflect critically, celebrate diversity, and understand their place in the wider community.
What Is the Careers, Inclusion & Diversity Drop Down Day All About?
This thought-provoking day encourages students to explore the value of difference in a meaningful and engaging way. Throughout the sessions, students will:
Take part in a hands-on simulation that reveals hidden biases and challenges stereotypes
Learn about the nine Protected Characteristics and the UK laws that protect against discrimination
Reflect on personal identity through guided activities and discussion
Collaborate on a whole-school mural project, visually celebrating the unique contributions of every individual
Recognise shared experiences and values that connect us all, regardless of background
This day is about more than just awareness — it’s about action, empathy, and community building.
