Individual Behaviour Chart on Cars

I created this interactive card for a child in my Year 2 class. He had several difficulties within the classroom but with this card, within 6 weeks, I was able to get a full morning's work out of him and some of the afternoon. I basically informed him that when he was saving his energy, it was giving the energy to the cars so they could go on the track. After each session, we reflected together on his acheivements, if he had done any of the things listed, he could put the corresponding car on the track. He loved cars so I had to design it with cars in mind.
