A fun and creative worksheets suitable for KS1 & KS2. Gives a little introduction to each child and what they hope to achieve. I used different activities that made the worksheet fun and not too boring/had a lot of writing involved.
In the ‘my name’ section, they write each letter in the box above then underneath write a vlaue or attrubute that starts with the same letter. for example first letter of their name may be A and in the longer box underneath vertically write M A Z I N G under the A.
I did this with my first year 5 class and they loved it!
