Aimed at Year 4-6 but can be adapted for different ages and abilities. Detailed power point includes the differences between insects and arachnids, choice of task and two plenary activities. The second task is ideally a junk modelling task but can be simplified using mini white boards and pens or just plain paper, depending on the time and resources available and the ability of the children. Great fun - encourages creativity whilst focusing on the key part of the lesson - the different body parts.
