A table with job titles, tasks, qualification requirements, workplace, equipment used, etc - I've done one version in French, one in English. Pupils are given cards with descriptions of different people (English, foundation French or higher French) and have to decide what job would suit each person the best.
Depending on your pupils, you could give them the grid in English & clues in French, or vice versa, or the whole thing in French.
