KS2 Fairy Tale Unit

This is a full 3 week unit on writing a fairy tale in suspense style.
The main focus of the unit is to use fronted adverbials to create cohesion.
At the end of the unit, the children can continue from the WAGOLL/model text to finish the story of they can write their own.

Week 1 - reading activties based on the WAGOLL/model text.
Week 2 - using fronted adverbials when writing different fairy tales.
Week 3 - writing their own version of 3 little pigs.

Included are 3 flipcharts (1 for each week), all resources for each lesson, separate focus and resources for children with SEND and the model text/WAGOLL.
