This is a lesson designed for a higher ability class and was planned for an observation. It focuses on ambitious sensory language and the students really enjoyed it. It includes support and challenge and 'ticks the boxes' for an observed lesson! It will need updating (talk of levels and lettered grades rather than 1-9 for GCSE) but this would be minimal work for a well-planned lesson that will save you lots of time and that gets results.
