Designed for KS3 mixed ability (though have used with my top set too) this lesson directs students to think creatively and generate description and narrative using visual stimuli (extracts from the graphic novel ‘Waves’ by Ingrid Chabbert and Carole Maurel). All extracts are included in the pack. Students will partake in two short writings before self assessing their extended writing.
