This lesson looks at the Evacuation of British Children at the start of World War Two.
It is based on group work who receive one of five source packs and are asked to make a judgement of the success based on these sources.
The source packs are different and encourage different outcomes, which will then be fed back to the whole class.
This could easily be adapted to be an individual rather than a group lesson.
This is quite a high level lesson, ideally designed for Year 9 students.
