KS3 PSHE Tutor Time Activities

This KS3 PSHE Tutor Time bundle is designed to make form time more engaging, meaningful and easy to deliver. It includes ready-to-use, no-prep activities that help students start the day with discussion, reflection and active participation in PSHE.

The resource includes two full units:
Year 7 – Influences on Relationships
Year 8 – Healthy and Unhealthy Relationships

Each year group contains 8 structured tutor time activities designed to last approximately 15 minutes each.

Topics covered include influences on relationships, online and media influence, healthy and unhealthy relationship behaviours, boundaries, respect, harassment, image-sharing, gender stereotypes, peer influence, bystander responsibility and how to seek support.

The activities are designed to develop critical thinking, emotional awareness, decision-making skills and understanding of safe and respectful relationships.

This resource is fully aligned with the PSHE Association Programme of Study for Years 7 and 8 for the first half of the Summer Term (3 weeks) and supports schools in delivering a consistent and structured PSHE curriculum through tutor time.
